5. On-Chain Credentials

Credentials and achievements earned on the Platform may be minted as NFTs on the Solana blockchain. By earning credentials, you acknowledge that these records are permanent and publicly visible on the blockchain.

• Share account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent platform security
• Submit malicious code or content
• Harass other users or community members
• Use the Platform for illegal purposes

7. Payment and Refunds

Some courses and features may require payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Refund policies are outlined at the time of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

CapySolBuild Academy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits or data.
